These approaches include Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Neurobiology Therapy (IPNB), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and more.

Nature-based therapy is available, inviting the grounding presence of the natural world to become part of the therapeutic process.
